ReproTrack
ReproTrack is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that standardizes and audits preclinical assay execution so teams can actually reproduce results across scientists, sites, and CROs. It captures protocol versions, reagent lots, instrument settings, calibration logs, environmental conditions, and step-level deviations, then links them to raw data files and analysis outputs. An AI layer flags likely failure points (e.g., lot changes correlated with signal drift) and suggests a minimal “next experiment” to confirm root cause. It also generates an audit-ready report for internal reviews and partner handoffs. This is not a magical drug-discovery engine; it’s a pragmatic operations tool to reduce false positives/negatives and shorten iteration cycles. Expect adoption to be driven by teams that are already feeling pain from inconsistent assay performance and expensive reruns, not by early-stage groups without process discipline.
