ReproTrack

ReproTrack is a web app (with optional CLI) that turns messy bioinformatics analyses into reproducible, reviewer-friendly “runs” without forcing teams to abandon their existing tools. It captures inputs (FASTQs, reference versions), parameters, environment details (containers/conda), and execution metadata from common workflow engines (Nextflow/Snakemake/WDL) and produces a signed, immutable audit record plus a one-click “re-run bundle.” The core value is not running pipelines—it’s proving what happened, when, with which versions, and generating clean artifacts for internal QA, publications, and regulated work. Teams can compare two runs to pinpoint why results changed (reference update, tool version drift, parameter tweak). It also supports lightweight approvals, run annotations, and exportable reports for collaborators and journals. This is an AI+traditional app: AI helps summarize run diffs and flag likely sources of variation, but the product stands without AI.
