ReputeRadar is a web app for HR, compliance, and legal teams to monitor employee social media activity with explicit employee opt-in and policy acknowledgment. Employees connect approved accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, X) and choose what’s monitored (posts, comments, public replies). The system continuously scans new content for reputation and compliance signals such as harassment, hate speech, threats, discriminatory language, and regulated-industry red flags. When risk is detected, ReputeRadar generates an explainable alert with the original post, risk category, confidence level, and suggested next steps aligned to company policy. A lightweight case workflow supports triage, documentation, and audit trails, while privacy controls enforce least-privilege access and data retention limits. The product is designed for web-first enterprise deployment, with SSO, role-based access, and reporting that helps organizations demonstrate consistent enforcement without turning into covert surveillance.
