ReputeWatch is a web app that helps companies monitor employee social media activity for potential reputation and compliance risks. With employee opt-in and clear policy acknowledgment, it connects approved social accounts and continuously scans new posts for signals like harassment, hate speech, confidential info leakage, regulatory violations, or brand-damaging statements. A risk score and short explanation are generated for each flagged post, along with recommended next steps (e.g., “request edit,” “escalate to HR,” “legal review”). Teams get a unified dashboard, searchable history, and incident timelines to document actions taken. Alerts can route to Slack/Teams/email with configurable thresholds by role, region, and policy. The system supports audit-friendly reporting and anonymized trend insights so leaders can improve training rather than only policing individuals. Designed for HR, comms, and compliance teams, it reduces response time and prevents small issues from becoming public crises.
