Reroll Royalties

Reroll Royalties is a web app that lets NFT creators and holders collaboratively reboot dead or low-volume NFT collections into small, revenue-sharing IP franchises. Instead of pretending every PFP is the next Disney, it accepts reality: 99% of collections are illiquid junk. The platform provides structured ways to pool abandoned NFTs, vote on narrative directions, commission low-cost content (webcomics, shorts, simple games), and set transparent revenue splits on any downstream licensing or merch. Holders can burn or lock their NFTs into themed IP "pods" that are easier to pitch to indie studios, brands, and micro-streamers. A lightweight AI layer helps with IP bible generation, character sheets, and pitch decks, but it’s not the core product—governance, rights management, and revenue tracking are. This is a brutally pragmatic tool for squeezing the last bit of value out of failed collections, not another hype casino. It’s a web-first app with companion mobile web support, combining traditional SaaS with selective AI features.
