ResaleRadar is a mobile + web app that tracks your vehicle’s depreciation using real market signals, not generic charts. You enter VIN (or plate where supported), mileage, trim, and condition notes; the app then monitors comparable listings and recent sales proxies in your region to estimate today’s private-party and trade-in ranges. It alerts you when depreciation accelerates (e.g., after mileage thresholds, model-year rollover, incentive spikes) and suggests the best time window to sell based on local supply, days-on-market, and price cuts. It also estimates the monthly “cost of waiting” so owners can make a rational decision instead of procrastinating. This is not magic: pricing data is noisy and sometimes delayed, so the app shows confidence bands and explains what’s driving changes. Monetization: freemium tracking for one car, paid for multi-car tracking, alerts, and exportable reports.
