RescueRoster

RescueRoster is a mobile + web app for bird rescue and rehabilitation centers to track every intake from first call to release. It replaces scattered paper logs, texts, and spreadsheets with a single case file: species, intake condition, weight trends, meds, feeding schedules, enclosure assignments, photos, and release criteria. Volunteers get shift checklists and timed care tasks so nothing gets missed during busy seasons. The app includes a lightweight AI assistant that turns voice notes into structured entries and flags risky patterns (e.g., weight loss, missed doses), but it does not “diagnose.” A public-facing intake form and hotline triage script helps centers collect consistent information and reduce time wasted on incomplete calls. Realistically, this is not a mass-consumer app; it’s a niche operations tool that saves staff hours and reduces preventable care mistakes—if you can win trust and keep it simple.
