RescueRoster is a mobile + web app for exotic animal rescues to run daily operations without chaos. It centralizes intakes, medical notes, enclosure assignments, feeding schedules, quarantine status, permits, and volunteer shifts in one place. Staff can log treatments and observations in seconds, attach photos, and generate a clean handoff report for the next shift. A lightweight inventory module tracks critical supplies (formula, meds, PPE) and triggers low-stock alerts. The app also supports incident logs (bites, escapes, zoonotic exposure) and produces exportable records for vets, inspectors, and grant reporting. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer: voice-to-note and auto-summarized shift reports to reduce admin time. It’s built for small teams with high turnover and nonstop emergencies, not for “enterprise zoo” budgets.
