ReserveRight is a mobile + web app for condos and townhomes that fixes the most common resident headache: shared amenity scheduling that feels unfair and is easy to abuse. It provides real-time availability for gyms, pools, grills, guest suites, elevators, and move-in docks, with rule-based limits (per unit, per week, per holiday), deposits, and automatic penalties for no-shows. Residents can book in seconds, receive door/lock codes (or QR access) during their slot, and add guests with simple liability acknowledgements. Boards/management get an admin console to set policies, blackout dates, and capacity, plus a clear audit trail for disputes. This is not glamorous—it's operational plumbing—but properties will pay if it reduces staff time, resident complaints, and “who booked what” arguments. Integrations are optional; the MVP can run standalone with simple access control via QR or PIN.
