ResetRoster

ResetRoster is a web + mobile app for escape room operators that automates the unglamorous stuff that actually drives revenue: scheduling, deposits, waivers, and last-minute seat filling. It plugs into your existing booking flow (or replaces it) and focuses on reducing no-shows and empty slots with smart deposit rules, automated SMS/email reminders, and a lightweight waitlist that can broadcast “2 seats opened at 7:30” to nearby players. It also handles team waivers on phones, upsells add-ons (photos, merch, extra time) at checkout, and provides a simple operator dashboard showing occupancy, cancellation reasons, and which marketing channels produce reliable groups. This isn’t a “cool puzzle app.” It’s boring operations software aimed at improving utilization by a few percentage points—because that’s where profit lives for most venues.
