ResetRoster
ResetRoster is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns parent self-care into a schedulable, defensible routine—not vague wellness advice. You set your constraints (kids’ ages, work hours, sleep reality, support network), and the app generates a weekly “minimum viable self-care” roster: 5–20 minute actions that fit your actual day. It also includes a partner/co-parent view to negotiate time fairly, with a simple trade system (e.g., “I take bedtime Tuesday, you get 30 minutes Wednesday”). The AI component adapts plans based on what you actually complete, energy ratings, and calendar friction, then suggests smaller alternatives instead of guilt. It’s brutally pragmatic: if you’re averaging 5 hours of sleep, it prioritizes sleep protection and friction reduction over meditation streaks. Monetization is subscription plus optional employer/benefits partnerships.
