It runs on a tablet/phone for floor staff plus an optional desktop dashboard for managers. The app timestamps each step, flags missed checks, and creates a simple audit trail that helps reduce avoidable session delays and guest complaints. It also includes per-device “known issues” notes (e.g., left controller drift) and a lightweight incident log so the next shift isn’t guessing.
