ResignReady

ResignReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that guides employees through a professional, low-drama resignation and notice period. It generates a tailored resignation email/letter, a notice-period plan, and a handover pack checklist based on role, seniority, country, contract type, and whether the departure is voluntary or forced. The app tracks key dates (notice end, PTO payout questions, equipment return, final payroll), prompts users to document work status, and produces a handover document template that’s actually usable (owners, links, risks, next steps). It also includes a “risk flags” section that bluntly warns users when they might be walking into trouble (non-compete language, unpaid commissions, immigration/visa timing, equity vesting cliffs) and suggests what to ask HR—without pretending to be legal counsel. Export everything to PDF/Doc and keep an audit trail of what was sent and when.
