ResilientOps
ResilientOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small municipalities and facility operators prioritize climate-adaptation maintenance using the data they already have. Users upload simple asset lists (roads, culverts, pumps, roofs, trees) and the app pulls localized hazard signals (heat days, extreme rain intensity, freeze-thaw, wildfire smoke) to generate a ranked, budget-aware work plan. It outputs plain-language task cards (inspect, clear, reinforce, replace) with suggested intervals, cost ranges, and “why now” justifications for council/board approval. An AI assistant helps convert messy spreadsheets and PDFs into structured inventories, but the core value is the scheduling and prioritization logic, not flashy predictions. The product is realistic: it won’t claim to prevent disasters, but it can reduce avoidable failures caused by deferred maintenance and mismatched inspection cycles as climate patterns shift.
