ResiliMap

ResiliMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized organizations build adaptive capacity without hiring expensive consultants. It converts messy risk inputs—supplier issues, staffing gaps, cyber incidents, weather exposure—into a simple “resilience backlog” of actions ranked by impact, cost, and time-to-implement. Teams run lightweight weekly check-ins: what changed, what broke, what we learned, and what to do next. The app tracks leading indicators (single points of failure, recovery time trends, vendor concentration, cross-training coverage) and produces board-ready summaries. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with drafting scenarios, turning notes into action items, and suggesting controls, but humans approve everything. The goal is pragmatic: fewer surprises, faster recovery, and clearer ownership—not perfect prediction.
