RestBridge

RestBridge is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) for people between jobs who want real recovery without drifting into anxiety or endless “productivity” guilt. It starts with a 10-minute intake on burnout level, finances runway, sleep, and upcoming start date, then builds a realistic 2–6 week recovery plan: sleep reset, low-stress routines, gentle skill upkeep, and job-search boundaries. The app includes a “Runway & Stress” dashboard (simple, not a budgeting monster), daily check-ins, and a re-entry ramp that gradually increases cognitive load the final week. Light AI is used to rewrite the plan when life happens and to generate short, evidence-based micro-activities (walk prompts, social reconnection, admin tasks) that fit the user’s energy. It avoids therapy claims and focuses on practical structure, accountability, and preventing relapse into burnout.
