RestLedger
RestLedger is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps you recover on purpose, not by accident. Instead of generic sleep tips, it builds a weekly “recovery budget” across sleep, breaks, low-stimulation time, and true days off. You log in under 30 seconds: energy level, stress, and what you did (scrolling doesn’t count as rest). The app then suggests realistic micro-rest blocks (2–15 minutes) and one longer reset session based on your calendar constraints. It also flags “rest debt” when your schedule is stacked and recommends tradeoffs (e.g., move workout intensity, shorten meetings, add a 10-minute walk). It integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit for sleep and steps, but it doesn’t pretend to diagnose anything. The goal is simple: fewer burnout weeks, more consistent recovery habits.
