RestoreMap is a web + mobile AI-assisted incident recovery tracker for small and mid-sized organizations that don’t have a mature business continuity team. After an outage, cyber incident, or facility disruption, teams waste days in scattered docs and chat threads, losing ownership and deadlines. RestoreMap creates a single recovery workspace: define impacted services, set RTO/RPO targets, assign owners, and track dependencies and blockers. It auto-generates a recovery checklist from a simple incident intake form, then keeps the plan honest with timestamped status updates, evidence uploads, and post-incident tasks. It also produces a clean executive summary and a postmortem draft that’s actually usable, not fluff. The product is intentionally lightweight: it’s not trying to replace enterprise GRC tools; it’s a focused recovery execution layer that teams can adopt in hours.
