Restorify

Restorify is a web + mobile app for teachers and deans to document, guide, and follow up on student conflicts using lightweight restorative practices. It provides step-by-step conversation scripts (age-appropriate), quick incident capture, and a structured “agreement” builder that turns a messy hallway argument into clear next actions. The app schedules check-ins, tracks whether agreements were kept, and flags repeat patterns by student, location, or time of day. It also generates admin-ready summaries that reduce time spent writing referrals while keeping language neutral and defensible. This is not a magic behavior-fixer: it won’t stop chronic issues without staff buy-in and consistent enforcement. But it can reliably cut the time and inconsistency that make conflict resolution fail in real classrooms, and it creates continuity when multiple adults handle the same students.
