Restorify

Restorify is a web + mobile app that helps teachers and deans run quick, consistent restorative conversations after conflict—without needing extensive training. It provides structured, time-boxed circle and 1:1 scripts, role prompts, and a simple flow to capture agreements (what happened, who was impacted, what needs to be repaired, and by when). Students can submit short reflection check-ins (text or voice) before the meeting, reducing in-the-moment defensiveness. After the conversation, the app schedules follow-ups, tracks completion of repair actions, and generates a lightweight, privacy-aware record for administrators. It also includes a “temperature check” micro-survey to spot recurring issues (e.g., disrespect, exclusion) at the classroom level. This isn’t a magic behavior fix; it’s a practical workflow tool that makes restorative practices easier to do consistently and measurably.
