RestorNote
RestorNote is a web + mobile app for teachers and deans to run restorative conversations without drowning in paperwork. It provides guided circle and conference templates (harm questions, needs, agreements), quick participant invites, and a structured way to capture commitments, timelines, and follow-ups. After a meeting, it generates a clean summary for internal records and optional family-facing notes, with privacy controls and role-based access. A lightweight dashboard tracks whether agreements were completed and flags repeat patterns by student, location, or time of day. This is not a magic “fix behavior” tool; it’s a practical workflow system that makes restorative practices easier to do consistently, especially in busy schools. An AI assistant can help draft neutral, non-inflammatory summaries and translate them, but humans stay in control of final wording and decisions.
