RestRythm

RestRythm is a mobile + web app that turns recovery into a measurable, scheduled habit instead of a vague intention. Users set their work patterns (deep work blocks, meetings, commute, training) and the app generates realistic rest/recovery cycles: micro-breaks, meal timing, light movement, sleep wind-down, and weekly deload days. It integrates with calendar and wearables to detect strain signals (sleep debt, elevated resting heart rate, low HRV) and then adjusts the next day’s pacing plan. The core value is not “more productivity hacks”—it’s preventing burnout by enforcing recovery the same way people enforce meetings. It includes a simple “recovery score” tied to behaviors you can actually change, plus nudges that are hard to ignore (e.g., auto-blocking calendar slots, focus mode triggers). This is not a medical device; it’s a scheduling and behavior system.
