RetreatRoster is a mobile + web app that aggregates and verifies spiritual retreats and pilgrimages with the details people actually need: daily schedule, teacher credentials, lodging quality, accessibility, dietary options, total cost breakdown, and refund policies. It includes an “expectations vs reality” review system that forces structured feedback (silence level, doctrine intensity, physical difficulty, group size) instead of fluffy testimonials. Organizers get a lightweight dashboard to publish dates, manage waitlists, and message attendees, but only after identity and venue verification. This is a traditional app with a small AI component: AI summarizes long reviews into consistent pros/cons and flags suspicious listings or review patterns. The goal is to reduce wasted money, mismatched expectations, and last-minute surprises—common problems in retreat planning that current directories and social media don’t solve well.
