The app estimates payback, incentives, and expected kWh/therm reductions, then tracks project milestones and documentation needed for rebates. It’s brutally practical: it doesn’t try to be a full ESG platform; it focuses on the messy middle—getting quotes, comparing apples-to-apples, and not getting ripped off. Revenue comes from contractor lead fees and a subscription for portfolio owners who want multi-site tracking and audit-ready reports.
