Users connect utility accounts (electric/gas/water), enter retrofit actions (insulation, heat pump, windows, solar, air sealing), and the app normalizes usage for weather and occupancy changes to estimate true savings. It produces a simple “before vs after” report, flags when savings are below expectations, and suggests likely causes (e.g., thermostat settings, duct leakage, oversized equipment) with a checklist for follow-up. It also stores receipts, warranties, and maintenance reminders so the retrofit doesn’t degrade over time. This is not a contractor marketplace or permitting tool; it’s a measurement and accountability layer.
