RetroFitLog is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid commercial buildings to track HVAC and lighting efficiency projects and verify savings with minimal instrumentation. Users import utility bills (or connect via Green Button/utility portals where available), log retrofit details (fixtures, wattage, schedules, thermostats, VFDs), and the app produces a simple, defensible before/after savings report using weather-normalized baselining. It’s not a full-blown BMS replacement; it’s a lightweight measurement & verification (M&V) tool that helps facility teams and contractors stop arguing about whether a project “worked.” The AI component reads invoices/photos of nameplates and spec sheets to auto-fill equipment fields and suggests plausible baseline periods, but the core value is structured workflows and consistent reporting. Expect some manual data cleanup—utilities and invoices are messy—but it’s still far faster than Excel.
