RetroFitMap

RetroFitMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for facilities teams and sustainability leads to build credible transition plans at the building and site level. It ingests utility bills, basic asset registers, and retrofit quotes, then produces a phased roadmap: projects, expected emissions cuts, capex/opex, payback, and operational constraints. The AI layer helps normalize messy data (vendor quotes, PDFs, spreadsheets) and drafts board-ready narratives, but the core value is structured decision-making and audit-friendly assumptions. Users can run scenarios (electrification vs. efficiency first, different energy prices, carbon prices), set internal carbon budgets, and track delivery against milestones. It’s realistic about uncertainty: it shows ranges, sensitivity, and what data is missing rather than pretending precision. Export outputs align to common transition-plan expectations (targets, governance, capex plan, risk/assumptions) without claiming to replace consultants.
