RetroFitMap

RetroFitMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that converts a company’s net-zero pathway into an executable building and equipment retrofit roadmap. Instead of glossy targets, it produces a prioritized project backlog: HVAC upgrades, controls, insulation, electrification, onsite solar, and procurement changes—each tied to expected carbon impact, cost ranges, lead times, and disruption risk. Users import utility bills, basic asset lists, and building metadata; the app benchmarks performance, flags “high-leverage” sites, and generates a phased plan aligned to budgets and deadlines. It also tracks delivery reality: projects slip, savings underperform, and grid factors change. RetroFitMap continuously recalculates the pathway and shows whether the organization is still on track, what to cut, and what to accelerate. It’s not a full carbon accounting suite; it’s a practical execution layer for decarbonization programs.
