RetroFitNow is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps small building owners and property managers prioritize energy retrofits based on real payback, local incentives, and climate risk. Users enter a few basics (address, building type, square footage, HVAC age) and the app pulls utility-rate context, weather norms, and available rebates to generate a ranked retrofit plan (air sealing, heat pumps, insulation, smart thermostats, solar readiness). It estimates upfront cost ranges, annual savings, simple payback, and emissions reduction, then produces a contractor-ready scope checklist and a rebate application packet. The app also tracks progress with before/after utility uploads and flags when savings aren’t materializing (common in real life). This is not a “save the planet” dashboard; it’s a practical decision tool aimed at reducing bills and avoiding regulatory penalties while lowering emissions as a byproduct.
