RetrofitOps

RetrofitOps is a web + mobile field app for small-to-mid retrofit contractors to manage sustainability retrofit projects end-to-end: site visits, measures, photos, materials, crew tasks, and closeout documentation. It focuses on the unglamorous operational bottlenecks that slow jobs and kill margins—missing photos, inconsistent notes, change orders, and scattered rebate/utility paperwork. The app provides standardized checklists for common measures (air sealing, insulation, heat pumps, windows), a simple job timeline, and a “closeout pack” generator that exports a clean PDF/ZIP of required evidence (before/after photos, equipment model numbers, invoices, commissioning notes). It also tracks measure-level costs and time so contractors can see which retrofits actually make money. This is not a consumer energy dashboard; it’s a practical job execution tool designed for crews wearing gloves on-site.
