RetroPulse
RetroPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) for capturing lessons learned and after-action reviews without the usual “write a doc nobody reads” failure. It guides teams through a fast, structured retro: what happened, contributing factors, decisions made, and measurable outcomes. An AI layer summarizes raw notes, extracts action items, detects duplicates across past retros, and suggests “prevent/replicate” checklists tied to specific project types. The core is a searchable lessons library with strong metadata (team, system, incident type, root cause, severity, customer impact) and a lightweight approval workflow so lessons aren’t just opinions. It also tracks whether actions were completed and whether the same issue recurred—because unmeasured learning is mostly theater. This is not a full KM suite; it’s a narrow tool designed to actually get used weekly.
