Instead of vague hazard maps, it summarizes historical shaking intensity at your exact address (from public seismic catalogs and ShakeMap-style datasets), then translates that into a plain-language “likely damage modes” checklist (unreinforced masonry, soft-story, chimney, contents) and a prioritized retrofit/mitigation plan. You can upload a few photos and basic building details to refine the risk score and generate an insurer/contractor-ready PDF report. It’s not a prediction app; it’s a decision app for budgeting, retrofits, and emergency prep. The product lives or dies on trust: every claim links back to a cited dataset and clear uncertainty ranges. Monetization is report fees and a small subscription for property managers with multiple addresses.
