RetroRelay

RetroRelay is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for running team retrospectives and micro-surveys that actually produce decisions. It focuses on psychological safety and follow-through: anonymous input by default, structured prompts (Start/Stop/Continue, 4Ls, risk radar), and a tight workflow that converts themes into owners, deadlines, and check-ins. An AI layer clusters comments, flags recurring issues, and drafts neutral summaries, but users approve everything to avoid “AI hallucinated” conclusions. The app integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams to collect quick pulses after meetings and to remind owners of commitments. A simple “trust meter” helps teams see whether anonymity is needed and whether action items are closing. Reporting is intentionally minimal—enough to spot patterns, not enough to create surveillance. Pricing targets small-to-mid teams that want better retros without enterprise bloat.
