ReturnBoost

ReturnBoost is a mobile + web app that gives shoppers immediate cashback when they initiate a return, instead of waiting days or weeks for refunds. The app connects to your email/retailer accounts to detect eligible purchases, then offers an instant payout (minus a transparent fee) once you generate a return label and drop the package at a supported carrier. ReturnBoost tracks the return in real time and settles with the user when the merchant processes the refund. It also supports “keep it” resolutions (when retailers refund without requiring a return) and can route users to the cheapest return method. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to parse receipts/emails, predict return eligibility, and flag high-risk fraud patterns. Realistically, margins are tight and fraud risk is real, so the MVP should start with a small set of retailers and strict limits.
