The app plugs into Shopify/WooCommerce and major carriers to generate labels, auto-calculate landed-cost impact, and present customers with clear return choices (refund, exchange, store credit) that reflect real cross-border costs. It also creates a single returns inbox with tracking, customs paperwork prompts, and dispute-ready documentation. This is not glamorous: margins are thin, integrations are painful, and ops edge-cases are endless. But if you can reduce international return loss rates and support tickets, merchants will pay and stick.
