ReturnGuard is a web app + Shopify app (with optional mobile companion) that reduces dropshipping refunds by preventing “it arrived late / not as described” outcomes before they happen. It connects to your store and your supplier/3PL tracking sources, then generates dynamic delivery-date promises per product, destination, and shipping method. It automatically updates product pages, checkout, and post-purchase emails with realistic ETAs and proactive delay alerts. It also creates a “delivery confidence score” per SKU and can temporarily throttle ads or hide products when a lane becomes unreliable. This is not magic: it won’t fix bad suppliers, but it will stop you from overselling unreliable shipping lanes and eating chargebacks/refunds. The MVP focuses on Shopify first, with WooCommerce later, and prioritizes accurate ETA modeling, clear customer comms, and simple operational controls.
