ReturnLens is an AI computer-vision web app (with an optional mobile capture companion) for e-commerce and 3PL teams to verify product returns using photos. It guides warehouse staff or customers to take consistent images, then detects mismatches like wrong item, missing accessories, swapped serial labels, heavy wear, or packaging tampering. The app produces a clear “return condition report” with confidence scores and recommended disposition (restock, refurbish, reject, manual review). It integrates with common RMA workflows via API and exports evidence packs for chargebacks and disputes. This is not magic: it works best on high-volume SKUs with known visual features and requires a short setup period to collect reference images and tune thresholds. The goal is to reduce manual inspection time and prevent obvious fraud, not to replace human judgment on edge cases.
