ReturnPilot is a mobile + web app that automatically builds a “post-purchase dashboard” for electronics you buy online. Forward order emails or connect Gmail/Outlook, and it extracts key dates (return window, price-protection period, warranty length), serial numbers (when available), and support links. It then sends timely reminders before deadlines, generates the right return steps per retailer, and stores proof-of-purchase in a clean vault you can share with support. The app also tracks shipment status for returns and flags when a refund is overdue based on typical retailer timelines. This is not a magic “get you refunds” tool—retailers still control outcomes—but it removes the chaos and missed deadlines that cost people real money. Monetization: freemium (limited items), plus paid plans for unlimited tracking, family sharing, and business expense exports.
