ReturnPilot is a Shopify app (web) that reduces apparel returns by adding an AI-powered sizing and fit assistant to product pages. It learns from your store’s order history, return reasons, product attributes, and customer feedback to recommend the best size and highlight fit notes (e.g., “runs small in shoulders”). Merchants get a dashboard showing return-rate by SKU, size, and customer segment, plus actionable suggestions like updating size charts, adding photos, or adjusting variant naming. The app can also auto-generate concise fit copy for product descriptions and FAQs, and A/B test different fit prompts to see what reduces returns. Setup is lightweight: import products, map size attributes, and enable a widget theme extension. Over time it improves by incorporating post-purchase surveys and return portal data, helping stores lower reverse-logistics costs and increase customer confidence at checkout.
