ReturnProof is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps dropshippers reduce refund and return fraud by standardizing proof collection and automating dispute-ready documentation. It generates branded return instructions per order, requires photo/video evidence at key steps (package condition, label, contents), and timestamps everything into a single “Return Dossier” that can be shared with payment processors, marketplaces, or suppliers. It also flags high-risk return requests using simple rules plus lightweight AI (e.g., mismatched item photos, reused images, inconsistent metadata) and suggests the cheapest resolution path: partial refund, reship, or supplier claim. This is not a magic fraud stopper—many platforms still side with buyers—but it materially improves win rates and reduces “refund without return” leakage by making your process consistent, auditable, and fast for support teams.
