ReturnPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion for warehouse scanning) that helps mid-market ecommerce brands and 3PLs cut return costs by enforcing smarter return routing and faster disposition. It ingests return reasons, order data, item attributes, and carrier performance, then recommends the cheapest acceptable path: restock to nearest node, refurbish, liquidate, donate, or destroy—based on configurable rules and margin thresholds. The AI layer flags likely fraudulent or “wardrobing” returns and predicts resale probability so teams don’t waste labor inspecting junk. It also generates customer-facing return labels and RMA workflows, but the core value is internal: reducing touches, avoiding cross-country shipping, and shortening refund cycles without bleeding margin. Integrations focus on Shopify, Shippo/ShipStation, and common WMS/3PL systems via API and CSV fallback, because real operations are messy.
