ReturnPulse is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid brands running reusable packaging programs (cups, totes, containers) without enterprise budgets. It creates a closed-loop system by assigning each asset a unique QR code, tracking check-outs/returns across locations, and calculating real return rates, loss rates, and cost-per-turn. Staff scan at pickup and drop-off; customers can optionally scan to view deposit status and return locations. The system flags “leak points” (stores, events, delivery routes) where assets disappear and recommends operational fixes. It also generates simple compliance-ready reports (reuse cycles, avoided single-use units, CO2 estimates) that brands can share with retailers and regulators. This is a traditional app with light AI: anomaly detection on loss patterns and automated insights, not a magical “AI sustainability” pitch. It’s realistic: the product wins on operational clarity, not feel-good dashboards.
