ReturnRadar is a mobile + web app that tracks home and furniture purchases and prevents expensive return mistakes. Users forward email receipts or connect Gmail/Outlook to auto-detect orders, then the app extracts merchant, item, delivery date, return window, pickup requirements, and restocking fees. It creates a single timeline with reminders (before the window closes) and a “return playbook” per retailer: what to keep, what to photograph, how to re-pack, and whether pickup is available. For bulky items, it helps schedule carrier pickup and stores proof (photos, chat logs, labels) in one place in case of disputes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for tracking and reminders, AI for receipt parsing, policy extraction, and dispute-ready documentation checklists. The goal is simple: fewer missed deadlines, fewer denied refunds, less chaos around large-item returns.
