Patients complete short, structured check-ins (pain, swelling, sleep, confidence) and simple functional tests guided by video. Clinicians set protocols and thresholds, then see trend dashboards and red-flag alerts when a patient is pushing too hard or stalling. The app generates a shareable “readiness report” that summarizes objective progress and adherence for employers, coaches, insurers, or surgeons—reducing vague updates and guesswork. An AI layer helps flag inconsistent self-reports, predicts elevated re-injury risk based on patterns, and drafts clinician notes, but the clinician remains in control.
