Coaches and athletic trainers run simple, sport-specific check-ins (pain, sleep, soreness, confidence) and log objective tests (range of motion, hop tests, balance, sprint times) with phone-based video capture. The app turns these into a clear “green/yellow/red” readiness status with a step-by-step progression plan and automatic documentation. AI helps by extracting basic movement metrics from video (e.g., asymmetry, knee valgus flags) and generating plain-language notes for parents, athletes, and clinicians. It’s not a medical diagnosis tool; it’s a compliance and decision-support system that reduces risky “back too soon” returns and keeps everyone aligned. Teams get audit trails, reminders, and a shared timeline so rehab progress doesn’t live in scattered texts and spreadsheets.
