ReturnRelay is a mobile + web app that helps clothing resellers avoid the biggest hidden loss: items that can’t be returned or are misrepresented. Sellers upload a receipt/order email screenshot or forward an email; the app extracts purchase date, retailer, item name, and return deadline, then generates a “Return-Verified” badge and a simple proof card that can be attached to listings on any marketplace. Buyers can scan a link to view the verification details (with sensitive info redacted) and optional condition photos. The app also nudges sellers before return windows close, so they can return unsold inventory instead of discounting to zero. It’s not a marketplace; it’s a trust and risk-reduction layer that works across platforms. Monetization: subscription for power sellers plus per-verification credits for casual sellers.
