ReturnRelay is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce brands manage international returns and exchanges with predictable costs and fewer lost packages. It generates compliant return labels, pre-fills customs forms, and routes items to the cheapest viable path: local consolidation hubs, in-country resale/recommerce partners, or back to origin when it actually makes financial sense. The app estimates landed return cost upfront (shipping, duties, handling) and suggests the best disposition option per SKU and condition. It also provides customer-facing return portals with localized instructions and tracking, reducing support tickets. This is a traditional app with AI components: AI helps classify return reasons, detect fraud patterns, and recommend disposition based on historical outcomes and margin impact. Integrations focus on Shopify/WooCommerce, major carriers, and 3PLs.
