ReturnRelay is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) for Shopify/WooCommerce brands that reduces refunds by steering shoppers into instant exchanges, store credit, or “swap for similar” options. It plugs into order history, inventory, and shipping rates to offer the fastest, lowest-cost resolution in one click. The AI layer analyzes return reasons, product attributes, and past exchange success to recommend the best alternative items and sizes, and it flags suspicious return patterns before they become costly. Merchants get a clear dashboard showing return drivers, margin impact, and which products need better sizing charts or photos. This is not a magical ‘eliminate returns’ tool—returns will still happen—but it can measurably reduce refund leakage and support load when implemented well. Pricing is subscription plus optional per-return automation fee.
