ReturnRitual is a web + mobile app for luxury ready-to-wear brands to reduce return losses and customer frustration by making returns predictable, policy-compliant, and fast. It gives customers a guided return flow (reason capture, condition checklist, packaging prompts, pickup/drop-off scheduling) and gives brands a control tower: real-time RMA status, fraud/wardrobing risk signals, and automated refund rules (instant credit, hold-until-received, partial refund for damage). The app generates carrier labels, tracks chain-of-custody, and standardizes photo evidence at each step to cut disputes. For ops teams, it forecasts inbound return volume and flags items likely to miss resale windows so they can prioritize inspection and re-commerce routing. This is not glamorous, but it’s where luxury margins quietly leak—especially with rising online penetration and stricter profitability targets.
