ReturnRug is a mobile + web app that centralizes kitchen and dining purchases—cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, and furniture—so you can actually use your warranties and return windows. Forward email receipts or scan paper ones; the app extracts merchant, item, price, and key dates (return deadline, warranty end, extended protection terms). It then creates a simple “action list” (e.g., “Return window ends in 6 days” or “Warranty claim eligible—upload photos”). For higher-ticket items, it stores serial numbers, manuals, and support links, and generates a one-tap claim packet (receipt + photos + issue description) you can email to the retailer/manufacturer. This is not glamorous, but it saves real money and time—especially for people who buy a lot during sales, remodels, or move-ins.
